Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Line Cook for the DoubleTree Warren Place in Tulsa, OK. You will prepare food to exacting standards, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Flexibility with early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required to meet guest needs. You will work with the culinary team to ensure quality portions, rotate perishables, and keep equipment and stations ready for service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to Crescent standards following recipes and portions.
• Start items ahead of time and manage portions to avoid waste.
• Rotate perishables and maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars, plan prep, and assist in buffet setup.
• Return unused items to storage with date and cover perishables.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment to safety standards.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform other duties as needed.
