Responsibilities

• Opens the kitchen and restaurant each morning, organizing the station and cooking food to start serving.
• Prepares orders as turned in by wait staff and ensures fast, quality delivery.
• Learns menus, recipes, preparation and presentation per brand specifications.
• Maintains proper storage temperatures and food safety standards.
• Prepares items for lunch and shifts, and assists with buffet items for events.
• Works with team to ensure smooth operation and shift changes.
