Qualifications

• 1 year of line cooking experience.
• Must be able to work mainly closing shifts.
• On-site position at Oaklander Hotel, part of Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipes.
• Document food containers and rotate per SOP.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve.
• Cook orders with guest requests in a positive manner.
• Assist with ordering, pars, and equipment upkeep.
