Job summary

The Oaklander Hotel, an Autograph Collection by Marriott, part of Concord Hospitality Enterprises, is seeking a PM Hotel Line Cook to deliver quality plate presentation and safe serving temperatures during closing shifts.

Candidates will follow brand recipe cards, maintain sanitation, and work with guest requests while contributing to a positive team environment; full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability options, 401K, tuition assistance, and staff room-rate

We are hiring an PM Hotel Line Cook at the beautiful Oaklander Hotel, an Autograph Collection by Marriott

**This shift is primarily a closing shift!**

This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.
