Job summary

The Oaklander Hotel, an Autograph Collection by Marriott, is hiring a PM Hotel Line Cook to join Concord Hospitality Enterprises. You will prepare meals with consistent quality, following brand recipe cards and SOP guidelines while ensuring proper food container documentation and rotations.

We are hiring a PM Hotel Line Cook at the beautiful Oaklander Hotel, an Autograph Collection by Marriott

This position of hotel Cook means you\'ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.
