Job summary

Home2 Suites & Tru by Hilton Minneapolis Mall of America is seeking a Laundry Attendant on a FT or PT basis. You will inspect, wash, fold, and store laundered supplies for guest rooms and Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring adherence to Brand Standards.

Responsibilities include operating washers/dryers, recording linen counts, maintaining inventory, and following safety procedures. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Some high school education (grade 9) preferred.
• Previous hotel laundry experience preferred; however, ability gained through 1+ years related employment (customer service) or on-the-job training may substitute for food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wash, fold and store laundered linen according to standards.
• Count and record soiled and discarded linen.
• Operate washers and dryers per established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep laundry supplies and storage areas orderly; assist with monthly inventories.
