Job summary

Rand Tower, Minneapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support the housekeeping team and ensure guest linens are clean and ready for service.

You will help maintain laundry operations, assist teammates, and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and teamwork at a leading hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish cleanliness goals.
• Laundry duties as required (washing, drying, ironing, folding).
• Keep laundry areas and common spaces clean and organized.
• Daily cleaning of housekeeping and maintenance restrooms.
• Understand proper use of equipment and safety procedures.
• Assist housemen and housekeepers as necessary.
