Job summary

Residence Inn Spokane Valley is seeking a Laundry Attendant to wash, dry, fold, and stock hotel linens and towels to ensure guests have fresh items for a comfortable stay.

You will greet teammates and assist with deliveries while maintaining tidy storage areas and supporting housekeeping as needed in a fast-paced hotel environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to stand for extended periods is required, with weekend/holiday availability expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, dry and fold hotel linen and towels.
• Greet and assist guests and colleagues with a friendly smile.
• Receive and put away deliveries while keeping storage areas organized.
• Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve hotel goals.
