Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Laundry Attendant for Residence Inn Spokane Valley to keep hotel linens clean and ready for guests. You will wash, dry, fold, and inventory towels and linens, ensuring a comfortable, home-like stay for travelers.

The role requires friendly guest interaction, ability to assist with deliveries, and coordination with maintenance and other departments. Weekend and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• No specific formal education required; prior service experience helpful.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Ability to stand and move for entire shifts with light lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, dry and fold hotel linens and towels to maintain inventory.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile during shifts.
• Receive and organize deliveries and keep storage areas tidy.
• Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet hotel goals.
