Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a part-time laundry attendant for an evening shift at one location in the United States. You will wash, dry, and fold hotel linens, stock linen areas, and ensure safe and efficient operation of laundry equipment.

Daily tasks include assisting with removal of soiled linens, maintaining inventory, and providing friendly guest service while adhering to safety procedures and uniform policies.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry and fold hotel linens per equipment specifications.
• Assist in stripping soiled linens from guest rooms.
• Stock fresh linens in the appropriate areas.
• Maintain washers, dryers and chemical dispensing systems.
• Ensure supplies are labeled and used safely per policy.
• Keep laundry area clean and lint-free; clean lint traps daily.
• Track linen inventory monthly and dispose of non-conforming items.
• Provide excellent guest service and respond promptly to requests.
• Wear uniform and nametag per policy.
• Communicate status of linens and maintenance needs with supervisors.
• Follow hotel safety procedures and participate in training.
• Contribute ideas and participate in training initiatives.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
