Job summary

DoubleTree Phoenix Midtown is seeking a Laundry Attendant to sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and stock linens for guest rooms and the F&B areas. You will follow equipment procedures, report any issues, and handle chemicals per supplier guidance under supervision.

Applicants should be team oriented with a strong work ethic and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical tasks include lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team member who provides great experiences for guests.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold and stock guest room and Food & Beverage linen.
• Follow operating functions of all equipment and report damages.
• Utilize chemicals in washing with approved quantities.
• Follow all safety and MSDS documents.
