Job summary

Mohican Lodge in Perrysville, OH is seeking a Laundry Attendant to provide guests with clean linen and support laundry operations. This second-shift position requires attention to detail and reliability. You will operate washers and dryers, monitor equipment, follow safety procedures, and maintain an organized wash deck.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Attention to detail required.
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate washers, washer/extractors, and drying tumblers according to laundry procedures.
Follow all policy, procedures, and service standards.
Monitor all equipment for correct operation.
Monitor chemical injections and chemical inventories according to laundry procedures.
Keep the wash deck and tunnel area clear of linens on the floor.
Keep emptied bins neat and organized.
Follow proper safety practices as specified by laundry management including lockout-tagout and personal protective equipment.
