Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to sort, wash, and fold laundry according to facility needs. You will load washers, manage detergents, and ensure the cleanliness of equipment while maintaining efficient operations.

A strong focus on guest warmth and hospitality is essential as you assist with guest needs and contribute to a positive stay. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior laundry or hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, basic reading/writing/math skills.
• Laundry attendant experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel brand systems is a plus.
• Customer service skills required and valued.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry and fold laundry as required by the facility.
• Load articles into washers; manage detergents and cleaning agents.
• Operate and monitor laundry machines; ensure cleanliness of equipment.
• Fold, iron and store linens in proper storage bins.
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service as needed.
