Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando South Park, managed by Vista Host Management & Development Company, seeks a Laundry Attendant to manage linen processing for the hotel. The role includes washing, drying, folding, storing, and delivering linens to ensure supply and cleanliness for guests.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs, and a willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic English comprehension to understand labels, instructions, and guest requests.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull/push up to 200 lbs.
• Must be able to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform all stages of linen processing: collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading/unloading, ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and the laundry area for a safe, efficient work environment.
• Monitor stock levels of linens and laundry supplies for daily operations.
• Respond to guest service issues related to laundry in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform additional laundry services as needed to meet linen requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and hotel policies to maintain a secure environment.
