Job summary

Legacy Ventures is hiring a Kitchen Utility at Hotel Indigo Atlanta Downtown in Atlanta, GA, a part-time position. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, proper storage of china, glass, and silverware, and ensuring the highest sanitation standards in the kitchen and storage areas.

You will assist kitchen staff with cleaning equipment, utensils and workspaces, help with food storage and rotation, sweep and mop floors, and support setup and breakdown of restaurant buffets and banquet areas

Qualifications

• Maintain a friendly, attentive, service-oriented approach when interacting with guests and team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of china, glass, and silverware.
• Properly store clean items to minimize breakage.
• Assist with proper food storage and rotation to maintain safety standards.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and restaurant areas to keep a clean work environment.
