Atrium Hospitality's Lincoln Embassy Suites is seeking a Kitchen Steward (On-Call) to clean and sanitize kitchen areas, wash dishes, manage waste, and support setup for events. This on-call, part-time role offers training if needed, with a focus on flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will be responsible for maintaining sanitation standards, assisting the kitchen team, and supporting event setups while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
