Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans in the pot washer area.
• Keep kitchen area clean (sweeping/mopping), dispose trash and replace bags.
• Follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events as needed.
