Job summary

Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen in Fremont, CA. You will use established guidelines to wash dishes, clean glassware, pots, and pans, and help keep the kitchen neat and sanitary for Banquets and daily service.

This full-time, on-site role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods is needed.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine. Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Ensure kitchen remains neat and clean; sweep, mop, and address spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; spray and sanitize after use; replace bags.
• Follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
