You will adhere to sanitation standards, assist with basic prep, and stay flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends, in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen steward or similar role preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards in a commercial kitchen.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing stations.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to procedures.
• Restock kitchen supplies and assist with basic prep tasks.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for efficient workflow.
