Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Steward at Sheraton McKinney to support kitchen operations by cleaning, sanitizing and operating the dishwashing area. You will ensure proper daily routines, maintain sanitation, and follow brand and safety policies in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires ability to work varied shifts and comply with company procedures while delivering friendly guest service and teamwork with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• High school education or related hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish washing machine and manage rack stacking.
• Maintain mop station and clean floors.
• Clean walls, tables, and stainless steel; polish surfaces.
• Clean ovens, hoods, drains and vents as scheduled.
• Report incidents to management and attend department meetings.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and write shift reports.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.
