Job summary

The Lofton Hotel in downtown Minneapolis is seeking a friendly, energetic Dishwasher to join our premier hospitality team. You’ll support busy kitchens by cleaning, sanitizing and organizing ware, ensuring smooth service for guests and colleagues throughout shifts.

No prior experience required. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of Minnesota’s first Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to perform physical activities (standing, lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine and clean dishes and utensils.
• Unload, stack, store, and return dishes to proper areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen; empty garbage; general cleaning.
• Sweep, mop, and dry floors; transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely; wipe countertops; restock supplies.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service.
