Job summary

McKibbon Hotels is seeking a friendly and reliable dishwasher to support our busy kitchen and dining team. You will clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, and assist with kitchen setup and station prep before service to maintain an orderly, spotless environment.

This role requires the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays, safely handle dishware, operate kitchen equipment, and communicate effectively with staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Safely handle dishware and operate kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of dining room service procedures and kitchen functions is helpful.
• Hotel/restaurant experience is highly desired and certifications are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans.
• Assist with kitchen setup and station prep before service and at end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and kitchen.
• Interact with service staff to support efficient guest service.
• Move, lift, and carry objects as needed.
