Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts, a leading hospitality group, is seeking a reliable dish room associate to join our guest services team at the Tulsa Warren Place property. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the dish area, operating the dish machine, and ensuring proper sanitation across kitchen zones.

Qualifications

• Be a team player willing to help the team.
• Able to stand, walk and lift at least 50lbs throughout shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine, wash dishware and store clean china, glass, and silver.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
