Job summary

PM-Hospitality-Strategies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Hotel Restaurant Cook for Cambria Austin Airport in Austin, TX. The role requires ensuring flawless preparation and presentation of the menu under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities include following recipe cards, pre-making items without over-preparing, returning unused foods to storage, and maintaining clean, safe kitchen equipment. On-site work with flexible schedule including nights and weekends; eligibility for hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prep line/cook experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong ability to think quickly and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start food items prepared ahead of time without over-preparing.
• Return unused items to proper storage for next shift.
• Operate and clean cooking and kitchen equipment properly.
