Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, banquet, catering, or high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Support kitchen prep, production, and station setup.
• Maintain food quality, portioning, temperature, and timing.
• Communicate prep needs and available items to culinary leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, labeling, and kitchen standards.
• Assist other stations and team members to support operations.
