LBA Hospitality is hiring a Cook to join our hospitality team in Chattanooga. The Cook prepares menu items following approved recipes and maintains food safety, cleanliness, and inventory controls to ensure high-quality dining for guests.

This on-site role requires following brand standards, accurate log keeping, and teamwork to support busy service periods while upholding safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing food from standardized recipes preferred.
• Hotel/restaurant/food-service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain logs; multitask and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, portion, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain stock levels, complete freezer pulls, and set up the cooking line for each shift.
• Follow all food-safety requirements for handling, cooking, cooling, holding, labeling, and storing food.
• Monitor food temperatures and complete required safety and production logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and proper storage of products.
• Minimize food waste and follow cost-control guidelines.
