Job summary

Expotel Hospitality is seeking a cook for the Holiday Inn New Orleans Airport North, located at 1300 Veterans Blvd. The cook will prepare all food items per standardized recipes for the restaurant, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets while upholding highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience is preferred, with the ability to work long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a high-pressure

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes for restaurants, room service, employee cafeteria and banquets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and work areas; minimize waste and control costs.
• Assist in buffet setup, display of food items and kitchen station preparation.
