We are seeking a part-time IT Specialist to provide technical support to hotel staff and guests. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel systems and responding to issues. The ideal candidate can work independently and within a team when necessary. This role requires working select evenings and weekends.

- Micros POS
- Troubleshooting & installation of Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Virus removal
- Computer repair and assembly
- Basic understanding of networking
- Understanding of WiFi
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user management
- Experience with ticketing systems (TrackIT, Spice, Guestware, Hotsos)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs or more

Additional Information
This role will be scheduled for several evenings and weekends.
You must pass the following:
- Background check
- Drug test
This is a contract-to-permanent position.
Compensation is $23-$28 per hour DOE.
