Hilton is seeking an HVAC Mechanic to keep hotel HVAC systems in peak condition and ensure guest comfort. You’ll perform routine and non-scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help with daily operations to maintain reliable, efficient climate control.

This role emphasizes timely repairs, proactive inspections, and accurate documentation, contributing to the warmth and hospitality Hilton provides to guests worldwide.

• Maintains HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Responds to guest/work orders with timely repairs.
• Documents maintenance activities and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Keep HVAC equipment running smoothly: Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Respond to temperature control requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders, troubleshooting and adjusting HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable environment
• Monitor system performance: Conduct visual equipment inspections of mechanical equipment and parts to proactively identify potential issues
• Support system operations: Assist with the start-up, shut-down, and daily operation of HVAC equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
