A&R Group is preparing to open the new Hampton Inn Gulfport in April 2026, and we are hiring dependable Housepersons to support the housekeeping team and guests.

As a Houseperson, you will assist Room Attendants, keep public areas clean, and help ensure safety and guest comfort across the property.

This role offers an hourly, full‑time position with a chance to grow with a fast‑growing hospitality company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants with linen processing and room cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and elevator landings.
• Stock guest floor closets and carts with supplies and amenities.
• Communicate task status to the housekeeping team throughout the day.
• Report maintenance, safety concerns, or damage to management.
• Respond promptly to guest questions or concerns.
• Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and security policies.
• Support the opening team and represent A&R Group positively.
