Job summary

Hotel Equities' Hotel Ziggy in West Hollywood, CA is hiring a Houseperson to ensure clean, well-maintained guest rooms and public areas. You will perform cleaning duties, assist guests, and uphold security and privacy while servicing rooms.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work with minimal supervision, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred and a high school diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Room Attendant or Housekeeping experience is required.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Good physical health and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and responds to special requests.
• Responds to guest concerns or suggestions and refers to management.
• Maintains privacy and security when servicing guestrooms.
• Uses and maintains cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
• Maintains common areas and logs daily tasks and keys.
• Handles lost and found per policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
