Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington Christiana is seeking a dependable, hands-on Houseperson to keep the hotel clean, organized, and running smoothly. You will work with Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver linens, stock supplies, and respond to guest requests while moving furniture and assisting with basic maintenance.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to jump in where needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or maintenance is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do varied tasks.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the Housekeeping team with linens, supplies, cleaning, and room needs.
• Collect, transport, and distribute clean and used linens throughout the hotel.
• Keep public areas, back-of-house spaces, and assigned areas clean and organized.
• Respond to guest requests, including delivering amenities and assisting with luggage.
• Move furniture, mattresses, equipment, and supplies as needed.
