Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Houseperson to support housekeeping and front desk teams in Charlotte, NC. This FT hourly role offers $16.00 - $18.00 per hour and involves cleaning public areas, assisting with linen and trash, and supporting guest requests.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality setting while delivering helpful service to guests and team members. Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and hotel procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling money, measurements, and distances.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain public areas throughout the hotel, including restrooms, hallways, and lobby areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize surfaces, and replace or remove newspapers and service trays.
• Transport soiled linen and trash from guest rooms to appropriate locations.
• Inspect corridor walls, doors, mirrors, and elevator areas for cleanliness.
• Report lost and found items per hotel procedures.
• Assist guests with directions, amenities, and service requests courteously.
• Notify maintenance of repairs or safety concerns as they arise.
• Support housekeeping and front desk operations as needed.
• Follow SOPs and safety practices to maintain a safe workplace.
