Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Cary to coach room attendants, supervise laundry staff, and partner with the Executive Housekeeper to deliver spotless, guest-ready rooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years housekeeping experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and safety regs.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in a second language (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Perform QA for the Housekeeping department.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper and act in their capacity when off duty.
• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Laundry staff.
• Clean and inspect rooms, ensure proper cleaning of surfaces and linens.
• Monitor housekeeping cart inventory and stock rooms.
• Report missing/damaged items and manage lost and found per procedures.
• Collaborate with Guest Services during peak times and special requests.
• Maintain guest room security by locking doors when needed.
• Support team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
