Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Lafayette is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and ensure spotless guest rooms. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and maintain safety and quality standards in a busy hotel environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of hotel housekeeping experience, with prior supervisory exposure; 7AM–7PM availability and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
• Open availability 7AM-7PM, as needed required.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision - inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files - all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.
