Job summary

Holiday Inn Fargo (Brandt) seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room and public area attendants, ensuring quality and optimum service in line with hotel objectives. You will allocate duties, inspect rooms, and coach the team to brand standards.

The role includes scheduling, training, and managing supplies, while stepping in as needed to assist with room or laundry duties. Strong English and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Proficient in English; multilingual abilities helpful.
• Able to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work duties to housekeeping and laundry team members.
• Perform routine inspections of check-out rooms and spot-check occupied rooms.
• Routinely inspect service areas, storerooms and corridors.
• Schedule, supervise, and assist with deep cleaning and other projects.
• Supervise and train housekeeping and laundry team members to meet brand standards.
• Manage supply stock and maintenance of equipment.
• Fill in as room attendant when staffing is low; perform cleaning duties.
