Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping or rooms division preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff according to SOPs.
• Schedule housekeeping staff based on needs.
• Ensure staff meet company standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are serviced and cleaned to standards.
• Inspect vacant rooms prepared for sale before opening.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Fill in when other housekeepers are absent.
• Reconcile daily paperwork with General Manager.
