Job summary

Grand Casinos Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate and direct all activities within the Housekeeping Department, ensuring an exceptional level of room cleanliness. You will guide Room Attendants, manage maintenance requests, and enforce safety and brand standards across guest rooms.

Key responsibilities include inspecting rooms for cleanliness and safety, restocking supplies, and mentoring associates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping or related leadership experience.
• Equivalent leadership experience from employment, community involvement, or other roles.
• Must obtain license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Respect Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference applies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Room Attendants and Junior Ambassadors in daily tasks.
• Manage maintenance work orders for guestroom furnishings.
• Perform routine inspections of Guestrooms for cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor linens, cleaning chemicals, and amenities; restock as needed.
• Maintain familiarity with brand standards and MSDS compliance.
• Prepare reports and provide suggestions to improve productivity and costs.
• Mentor and train associates; motivate team to maximize productivity.
