Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Manager for Grand Casinos. You will coordinate all housekeeping and laundry operations, maintaining top cleanliness and guest satisfaction while managing budgets and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, brand standards, and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Five years of hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
• Commitment to Mille Lacs Band traditions in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for Housekeeping and Laundry to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and laundry meet cleanliness standards.
• Maintain inventory of linen, amenities, supplies, and chemicals.
• Inspect areas to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards for quality consistency.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee external service providers to ensure hotel standards.
• Lead staffing: interviews, scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
