The Lodge at Torrey Pines, part of Evans Hotels, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and develop our housekeeping team. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service across guestrooms and public areas.

Requirements include at least 2 years of relevant experience, weekend/holiday availability, and bilingual English/Spanish; salary starts at $27.70 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Experience running a shift and scheduling.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Display professionalism and courtesy to guests and staff.
• Coach and direct employees to meet cleanliness standards.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure quality.
• Ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Supervise Houseperson duties and storerooms.
• Support management of the housekeeping incentive program.
• Maintain safe working environment through safety training.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
