Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair
• Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce compliance
• Perform housekeeping duties: making beds, cleaning, vacuuming
• Verify room status and ensure cleanliness standards
• Notify management of maintenance issues
• Monitor overall hotel cleanliness, including exterior areas
• Act as Manager on Duty when required
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a leadership housekeeping role
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management
