Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year hotel experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience in a Hotel environment preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required by the operations of the hotel.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in English and bilingual Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Counsel and interview employees; participate in performance discussions.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly with courtesy and professionalism.
• Perform general office duties as required by the housekeeping department.
• Assist with scheduling and staff coordination during shifts.
