Job summary

Courtyard Happy Valley Phoenix North is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead housekeeping, laundry and public areas teams. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and weekend availability are offered.

Starting hourly compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 based on experience. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping, plus strong communication and leadership abilities to foster a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the housekeeping, laundry and public area staff, providing a respectful, friendly and fun work environment.
• Performs daily duties including assigning rooms and projects to team and entering room status’ in the computer system
• Promptly reports room status and maintenance issues
• Assists in daily room inspection program
• Ability to perform all primary housekeeping related tasks including laundry, housekeeping and public areas
