ADP, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a Dallas-area hotel. The role leads housekeeping and laundry to keep guest rooms and public spaces pristine, organized, and sanitary, ensuring high guest satisfaction.

You must have a clean driving record, a valid license, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds; weekend/holiday work is required. The supervisor reports to the General Manager and Front Office Manager and oversees staff performance, cost controls, and coordination with other

• Be able to reach all areas of the hotel and assist guests.
• Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds and working weekends/holidays.
• Work safely around household chemicals and follow safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training housekeeping staff.
• Inspect and manage housekeeping and laundry quality and timeliness.
• Ensure rooms and public spaces meet quality standards; supervise deep cleans.
• Address guest complaints regarding housekeeping services or equipment.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll, expenses, and inventories.
