Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a House Person to support the housekeeping department, ensuring storeroom readiness, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness of back-of-house areas. You will assist with trash removal, linen handling, and maintain organized spaces to promote efficient operations.

Responsibilities include keeping storerooms tidy, supporting public spaces when needed, and collaborating with Housekeeping and Guest Service teams to resolve guest issues while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform tasks for long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom shelves and storage areas.
• Clean and organize back-of-house areas including doors, walls, closets, lockers, and fixtures.
• Assist with trash removal and linen handling.
• Assist with guest challenges in collaboration with Housekeeping and Guest Service teams.
• Communicate emergency procedures and assist guests during emergencies.
