Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Houseperson to maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation across the property. You will support the housekeeping team and Front of House operations to ensure guests enjoy a seamless stay.

Responsibilities include assisting supervisors, communicating daily tasks, handling post-checkout room support, and maintaining safe, clutter-free spaces, while demonstrating professionalism and a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous while addressing guest needs.
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping Manager and Supervisors with daily tasks.
• Communicate job assignments and timeframes to team leaders.
• Maintain clean and organized corridors, service areas and public spaces.
• Handle room support after checkout, including linens, towels and trash.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Support team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest comfort.
