Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to uphold cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public spaces, hallways, and related areas at our Chapel Hill property. The role includes inspecting areas, providing coaching to housekeeping staff, and performing cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high standards.

The position also involves training new hires, enforcing safety guidelines, key control, and chemical handling, and acting as an on-site emergency responder.

• Conducts regular tours of work areas and supports team by cleaning as needed.
