Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Character traits of honesty and trustworthiness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping team activities and track assignments in the system.
• Maintain key control and ensure safety and security for guests and associates.
• Assist with monthly inventories and proper ordering of supplies.
• Clean vacant rooms and return occupied rooms to standard within timeframes.
• Follow cleaning procedures as trained and per the training checklist.
• Report discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
• Keep common areas clean and orderly (breakroom, restrooms, public areas).
• Respond to guest requests promptly with a hospitable attitude.
• Know emergency procedures and guest safety needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and perform additional duties as assigned.
