Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Houseperson to support the Engineering and Housekeeping teams in keeping guest areas clean, safe, and well‑equipped. You will help with room setups, move furniture, and respond to service requests to maintain a high‑quality environment for guests and staff.

This full‑time hourly position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe chemical handling, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest, public, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Transport linens, supplies, and equipment to floors and storage areas.
• Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and event configurations.
• Respond to service requests from engineering and housekeeping teams promptly.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks in public spaces and corridors, including trash removal.
