Job summary

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HAMPTON, part of Landmark Hotel Group, is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector in Hampton, Virginia. This full-time role focuses on maintaining clean, high-standard guest rooms and public areas, with accountability for service quality and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of housekeeping experience on a 100+ room property, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and reliable availability including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a Housekeeper at a 100+ room property.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Guest First/Service approach.
• Morning, Evening, Holidays and Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain superior cleanliness levels in all guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas.
• Meet or exceed all productivity and expense levels as set forth in the budget process.
• Ensure that all Housekeeping Personnel are trained in the company-approved programs.
• Ensure that all department employees are treated with the fair and appropriate application of all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in championing the Company Mission and Hotel Mission with emphasis on Superior Guest Service and Product Quality as described in Our Quality Pledge and Standards of Service.
• Maintain an open and professional approach towards fellow managers and their departments.
